Privacy Policy

1. Summary

We collect the minimum needed to run aiagentoffice.lol: your account details from Google sign-in, the briefs and plans you create, billing records from Stripe, and standard technical logs. We do not sell personal data.

2. What we collect

We process the following categories of data:

• Account data - your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier, received when you sign in with Google;
• Service data - the agent briefs, plans, connected-tool names, run history and approval decisions you create in the console;
• Billing data - your plan, subscription status, invoice and payment metadata. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers;
• Technical data - IP address, browser and device information, and error logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

3. Why we use it

We use account and service data to provide the console, to keep run history and audit records for you, and to support you when you ask for help. We use billing data to take payments, manage subscriptions and meet tax duties. We use technical data to secure the service, prevent abuse and fix faults.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on contract (to provide the service you asked for), legitimate interests (to secure the service and improve it), legal obligation (for tax and accounting) and consent (for anything optional, such as product email). You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing

We share data with the processors that make the service work, including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments and subscriptions) and our hosting provider. They act on our instructions and are bound by their own data-processing terms.

We do not sell personal data, and we only disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

6. Retention

Account and service data is kept while your account is open. Run history is kept for the retention window of your plan. Invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. When you close your account we delete or anonymise the data we no longer need.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@aiagentoffice.lol to exercise these rights; we answer within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is limited and logged, and connected-tool credentials are stored so that they can be revoked at any time. No service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep the risk low and to tell you promptly if something goes wrong.

9. Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
