Refund Policy

When subscription payments are refunded, and how to ask for one.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on aiagentoffice.lol and billed through Stripe. It does not change any statutory rights you have where you live.

2. First purchase

If the Service does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, provided the account has not used a substantial part of its run allowance.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, because the new period is made available immediately. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will review the request; where the new period is unused we normally refund it.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.

5. Duplicate or unauthorised charges

If you see a duplicate charge, or a charge you do not recognise, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate. Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded in full. Unauthorised charges are refunded and the related account is reviewed.

6. Abuse

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of abuse, including repeated refund requests across accounts, chargeback fraud, or use of the Service for prohibited purposes.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@aiagentoffice.lol from the address on your account with your Stripe receipt or invoice number. We answer refund requests within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
