Terms of Service

1. Who we are

aiagentoffice.lol ("the Service") is an independent website that provides a workspace for describing, reviewing and running AI agents against the tools you connect. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of aiagentoffice.lol, and "you" refers to the person or organisation using the Service.

By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept these terms. If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created and accessed with Google sign-in. You are responsible for the Google account you use, for keeping access to it secure, and for everything done through your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe, either monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Plans include a monthly allowance of agent runs. Unused allowance does not carry over between periods, and we may throttle or pause runs that exceed the fair use of your plan.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the agents you configure, the instructions you write and the tools you connect. You must not use the Service to:

• break any law, or infringe the rights of anyone else;
• access systems, accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
• send spam, run deceptive campaigns, or impersonate a person or organisation;
• process special-category data unless you have a lawful basis and the safeguards your regulations require;
• ship agents that take irreversible or high-impact decisions without human review where the law or your own policies require it;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls or the guardrails configured on your account.

5. Human oversight

The Service helps you automate work, but it does not replace your judgement. You are responsible for reviewing agent plans before they run in production, for configuring approvals where a mistake would matter, and for monitoring the runs your agents perform.

Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on the Service as the only check on a decision that affects money, employment, health, safety or legal rights.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product develops. We may suspend or limit access where we need to protect the Service, our users or third parties, or where your use breaches these terms.

7. Intellectual property

You keep the rights you hold in the instructions, data and materials you bring to the Service. We keep the rights in the Service itself, including its interface, documentation and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership between us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription from your billing settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.
